Role Description: We're seeking a Maintenance Apprentice to join our team and embark on a journey of learning and growth. As a Maintenance Apprentice, you'll work closely with our experienced crew to gain hands-on experience in landscape maintenance tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in landscaping and develop valuable skills under the guidance of seasoned professionals.
Required Qualifications:
- No experience required—just a strong desire to learn and grow in the landscaping industry.
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Assist the maintenance crew in tasks such as lawn care, bush trimming, and landscape maintenance.
- Learn and apply proper techniques for equipment operation and maintenance.
- Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Take initiative to learn and ask questions to expand your knowledge and skills.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to team success.
- Hourly wage: $16 - $17 (up to $18 with experience and driver's license).
